If the tiers list on the front page is the current one then I noticed that there was neither Wondra nor Jubilee on the lists. What do I need to get them placed on the list?

Who is Wondra? As for Jubilee, sexual favors or a large check will get her some consideration. Preferably sexual favors from Jubilee, not yourself. Muties might not have a soul, but that makes them perfect for turning tricks.

So what do we think for her though, maybe low meta?

Wondra is the depowered Jubilee that was on the new warriors that was a flying brick(Shown lifting at least 130 tons over her head.) with intangibility and pym particle and spiderman webbing.

Jubilee had ability to detonate matter on a sub-atomic level. She blew up the mandarin's mansion once, and practically destroyed a warehouse. If its just power I'd say she'd probably be a bit higher than a low meta.

Jubilee for low meta.

Despite the fact that she has more power than anyone on the low meta tier?

She's gotta be mid meta.

Captain Boomerang

Hm.

low/mid meta ?

Low.

Yeah.

I'd argue, but truth is, his h2h skill sucks and he's got quite some space for improving.

Joke, right?

Sabretooth, Warlock, Mercury, Deathstroke, Cage and a bunch of others she wouldn't stand a chance against.

Black Canary and Black Tarantula could beat Jubilee and their LM.

Jubs for LM.

Mid seems fine.

People are going to look at her name and just assume she sucks though, just letting you know. Even if she's been shown on panel to detonate matter on the sub atomic level.

People like to throw around that phrase a lot.

Regardless, there's a ton of people in low meta who would trash her.

She could be on the mid-high end of LM.

We're basing it on power level, not on who could beat who.

And what phrase gets thrown around a lot? "Sub atomic level"? That means she can break apart neutrons, protons into their more base components things like leptons, gauge bosons and quarks.

Its stated on panel she can do this.

And again, we're not going off of who can beat who, but on powerlevels. Since she has a form of matter manipulation (in this case fission of subatomic particles) I'd say that her powerlevel (which we're gauging the tiers off of and not who can beat who) I'd say she's higher thatn low level meta.

Yeah, or they're going to ignore the rules of the thread and uinderrate her power level.

I really don't think that blowing up mansions and warehouses is low meta in power.

This is just a KMC list and doesn't have to with comics. In comics it would be based on who can beat who and power level. Not just power level alone, that's just silly.

I'm not forgetting anything, but that seems to be your sole argument. You need to consider the effect of her powers and her all around ability. We have Elixir at low meta as well, who's powers are far more complex than Jubilee's. Practically anybody with power that isn't physical, is a form of matter manipulation. That doesn't matter.

Ms.Marvel's powers are more compelx than that of The Destroyer. Still, she's at mid meta and he's at trans.

Complexity of power is irrelivant.

And forgive me for basing my argument on the rules of the thread and not my own personal prejudices(If I was a fanboy I'd be arguing for her to be at levels ridiculously higher than she would actually deserve.)

Its not based on who can beat who. Its based on power levels. Complexity of power has nothing to do with this.

I'll sign off on Mid. My initial suggestion of low was just a knee-jerk reaction to seeing more of her in the old TV series than in actual comics, and from not believing any of the Herald-level BS Blair tried with her at one point in a tourney. So my vote can be added.
