i'd say yes to wally for high. as far as jubes--grrr. i really am not sure. i do think her actual powerset is enough to place her in mid, but CIS seems to want to indicate she should be in low. i have a hard time placing her in mid when KLAW is in low. mid also seems to be the tier where her type of powers begin. so, with some uncerainty, i'll say mid, even though my opinion doesn't seem to matter as the poll was mostly decided. she could win some fights given distance rules in kmc in that tier as well.
i'll also propose klaw to mid as well.

yes and yet you voted for omega red to remain at mid in a tier which new comers would assume people in the mid tier as a whole can hang with him which they can't, he actually dominate most of them hell to the point he could take several of them at once.

Personally I'd say using Jubilee as the clasic version (pre-HoM) and Wondra as the depowered tech user.
I'm not sure where to place Wondra. But I can answer questions about her appearences if needed. We've seen her lift at least 130 tons over her head for example. up to 138 I think depending on how much fuel was in it. We've seen her fly, and she used pym particles on the grey gargoyle. she's taken a point black car explosion... bluesrug

Yeah was just wondering if we were going to have two separate Jubilee's on the list.
Classic Jubilee seems about right at Mid-Meta, her mental blocks keep her from being higher.
Wondra is a bit difficult, not enough feats to decide.
It would make life so much easier if Magneto just repowered her. Depowering Jubilee was one of the biggest mistakes by the X-Office IMO, especially when the X-roster was full of anti-Emma kids (Kitty, Dani, Rachel) I always felt having some of the Gen X kids like Monet or Jubilee on the team could have balanced that. Also a bit surprised that she hasn't come back after Illyana returned.

It'd be a great way to acknowledge that those 10 years ever even occurred. As is that seems to be a blank spot in the memories of a lot of people.
I'd love to see Jubilee return with her classic powers. And it'd be interesting if she also kept her new tech.
But I agree with you it would have been an interesting counter balance to have some of the Gen X kids there to defend Emma.

Has she ever done anything else like that to further support her max power output? I mean Gambit has KO'd Gladiator once, has Jubilee's blast ever demonstrated that kind of stopping power?
