This isn't a package deal. BP and Cap are not being voted on right now. They'll both have their chance to be voted up as soon as the thread reopens.

Like I said before I don't support either Cap or Bats being bumped without the other being bumped too. By the same logic I've been using the entire time, as long as Batman sits in the High Street tier I don't think Cap has the feats to warrant a low meta placement.

You voted "no." Great. That doesn't mean we're going to wait for BP and Cap to be voted on to bump Batman. Especially when the discussions and the voting have been going on for the past couple of weeks.

Like it or not Batman got enough votes in 3 weeks for the bump up, leave it at that. Other votes will happen later.

And you voted "yes". Great. I'm still not going to stop discussing it when I still feel that my points are being ignored. And my points are simple, Digi said something about us judging characters by other characters within their tier and other characters in Bats current tier have feats right on par with anything I've ever seen from him. That means that as far as I know he's not above the limits of the tier he's currently in and shouldn't be bumped.

You're damn near trolling at this point.

We should have a ranking system within the tiers. Like a top 10 within each tier, maybe have a separate thread about it. That would stimulate some very interesting debates.

Why ? The decision has already been made. There's no reason why we shouldn't hear posters opinions as long as their respectful. Unless a new character is for vote, then why not try to understand why the bump up for Bat's , or any other character for that matter.
