Bane is fine as is. He's like Kingpin, Punisher et Al, even without Venom.

With it, it just amps his stats, but a meta would beat him solidly.

As for Rose Tattoo, I'll try and dig her showings up. She really doesn't have many, which is why I found her placement weird.

She killed the Eidolon, which no one thought possible. Engineer said given time, she could find a way to kill anything.

Makes her own weaponry etc. If she's present in the tier thread, no problem....but it must have been based on something, and I can't see what it could have been to make her street.

Mid, maybe even high meta. Not in the herald tier, though.

honestly i'd defer on this one. if you have any backing move her. maybe we should consider an addendum to the tiers, something along the lines of a 'special' tier where we place people who seem to be unplaceable? again, just throwing stuff out there. or maybe some sort of 'limbo' tier where we put characters we simply don't know enough about? that way if someone sees the thread and knows the character really well they can post support for a tier and we can place them later? or maybe add both things to the tiers? some characters are really really hard to place definitively. maybe a place where we acknowledge that is needed? always things we can consider after the initial adjustments are made i guess.

I have no opinion on Rose, lol. I also defer to Darksaint.

He's probably preparing scans for the inevitable "Thor to high meta" part.

Speaking of which, I think we should go for "general" and not "current" characters. As in, Thor will inevitably get back Mjolnir, so he's not moved to low herald or whatnot just because for now he's a bootleg Thunder God.

I think Captain America is the one left to solve, since the others are not as pressing [Rose Tattoo is to Saint as Alpha Flight is to Mungi], but he's not on the list at all [in Digi's post, I see that in some subsequent ones he's put at high street], and it would be weird to skip street without him. I'm for him to high street, for reasons already stated, and against him to low-meta.
