I structure the template it like that, so people can vote and to see them all in perspective [preferably the yes/no + [name] format to tally it easier].

I'm against like 80% of those, lol.

Firestorm to high herald(I'd honestly be fine with him staying mid herald, but I feel like he'd fit HH as well, in all seriousness.)

I agree with the rest of the proposed changes here.

is there a reason we want to change max? has she done something recently? she def has a couple hh feats i know of, but in general mh seems good for her imo. her jl appearances were pretty good but they don't jive with her highest feats. i sort of feel that way about fs too. he has some great feats but when i used him for that tourney i did a LOT of research on him and found him to be pretty impressive but not in the class of hal or diana--at least not consistently. again, if we're looking at powerset i might agree he should be hh, but as a character he's below the big boys in consistency. at least imo. that tp weakness alone might be a reason to keep him where he is. /shrug

DoS DD should be HH. As for the Probes, they differ, HH AND Trans would be appropriate.
As for Superman, I would place him in multiple tiers depending on his incarnation. OWAW, FC, Rebirth, New52 etc.

so who are we still waiting to hear from? we should start a list of characters not yet on the list but need to be. there are likely dozens...

I'll vote tomorrow. I sent Bentley a PM to send his votes, too.

it's her durability that i question most but i'm ok with wherever she ends up she just doesn't seem to quite be on the consistent level of hak and diana and the others.

i think different versions of he-man would fit in different tiers but yeah, mh or lh works fine. since no one really seems to have a strong opinion, lh is likely where he should stay. /shrug
