-Manta... I feel like he straddles the line purely because of how many times he's fought Aquaman in melee, but in terms of real "non-punchy" feats, he's not someone I feel I could really argue any higher than high-meta, so it sounds good to me.

So +1 for Mera, Manta and Lightning.

Manta, Dracula, Mera, and Black Lightning for HM- agree.

Killer Frost for LH- probably a good starting point for her, but she's got a few showings that are above that, imo. Case in point:

Fantomex- I'll defer here due to lack of knowledge. Feel like leo and DS would have some good thoughts on where he should go.

Fantomex is a tough one because of his misdirection. He's used it against one of Apocalypse's ship and a reality warper. Apart from that I would think he's low-meta.

I'd probably put Geo at HM, honestly. Here again, he's got a few showings where LH would be completely justified, but on average HM seems like a better fit to me.

Would be the ones that put him at LH, imo. I agree that on average he's not at that level, though - but he's very close, and he has some rather crazy abilities overall.

The Kalibak one is legit, though. He also has a few other good showings, like stalemating Achilles(who one-shotted Eradicator moments beforehand), and tanking Black Lightning's most powerful attack.

But yeah, as a character I personally think HM is the better fit.

High meta is tricky because of the one-trick poneys and the glass canons. Poor Wonderman kind of got screwed by being in the same tier as budget versions of his powerset.

I think you added Judge Dredd in the wrong Meta tier Galan.

Short version: TP/TK + physicals

1). Casually wtfpwns Kenan Kong [and also TP]

2). Throws Supes [weakend, but still] around:

3). Moves a mountain without effort:

4). Casually controls the kryptonian armor:

5). Explodes the entire Fortress of solitude, then psionically forces Kelex [advanced kryptonian tech] to send the signal that everything's fine:

Casually controls Henshaw while in a place that inhibits his TP:

6). Mind-links Zod/Eradicator [and the rest of the squad]

7). Mind-links Zod/Eradicator -- trans-dimensionally [from the normal Universe all the way to the Phantom Zone], with effort

He's a new charcter that has only two story arcs [and one was an ensemble of villains], so there's that, too.

I like his color

It's ok to be blanque.
