KMC Comic Book Tiers

Meh, I'm fine with Doop being Mid-herald. I was just playing devil's advocate and seemed to stir up a crapstorm.

I just want to avoid fanboy-ism, which I'm not accusing anyone of...but it's easy to be a fan of a character, maybe make their respect thread, then walk into this thread oblivious of your own bias.

Also, in piecing together the new Authority respect thread I've become a lot more familiar with some old members of Stormwatch. I may just add them in once I've read through everything, unless there's objections. There's already a couple on there (Winter, maybe another), but most are missing.

I also added Death's Head to Mid-Meta, and bumped up DHII to High Meta. Anyone who has seen the former's respect thread won't disagree, and DHII is probably near the upper limit of High Meta, so he's definitely where he belongs now.

I bolded the few changes and additions I made. If anyone objects, feel free to voice your opinion and we can discuss it.

Are you considering adding Qztr, Evinlea, Appolyon, and Solusandra like I suggested?

Aren't those fan-made creations of yourself? No, I think we should keep the list to published characters from legit companies. No offense, but it gets confusing otherwise and has the potential to eventually baloon into worthlessness.

Oh, in that case sure. If anyone thinks they can accurately place them (without heavy bias), feel free.

It has been a long time since I since I've read them so I don't remember to well. Some them the characters were quite ridiculous in the feats they did have. I know Qztr is a planet destroyer.

Yeah, go ahead and add them if you feel comfortable. Though be careful to be accurate, and if they're beyond or = Skyfather just leave them off the list.

That was among the earliest showings of Thanos. He wasn't being written at nearly the same level as his later stories.

Shouldn't warpath be bumped up to middle metahuman? He's class 90 apparently, that's quite strong 🙂

But if that's all he is, then it's really not much. That's the sort of chump that Low Metas like Spider-Man or Wolverine would demolish....unless there's more to his character.

That's what I thought as well, but he's a good fighter. I imagine he could take out She-Hulk and The Thing. He has superhuman speed, agility and senses. In addition to some pretty decent hand to hand combat skills.

I'd say he gives Wonderman or SheHulk a run for their money.

Then maybe he belongs one up, but it's hard to say. If anyone else knows, maybe they can offer input.

I would second that he was a class 70 as a teen, like Colossus and he now has the power of flight and hes pretty durable, he took a blast form Exodus and was still standing even thought he same blast had downed his team mates.

Yeah, I tried to look up "Warpath strength class x-men" on Google and this bio claimed he was class 90 as an adult. Apparently Brubaker removed his flight since it didn't "make sense with his strength"
