I didn't say never, I said:

See? I never said never because if I had said never I would never ever be able to recover from such a blunder--ever (or should I say never?).

so you do admit the possibility that you might one day become unconvinced about your current beleifs?

a) because there's no way of knowing that it's really the truth.
b) because some of the 'truths' in the Bible are rather undesirable.

a) understandable argument, but what else is there no way of knowing that is widly accapted *cough* evolution *cough*
b) most truths are.
I.E. TRUTH: you will die somday.

No, I was just being semantically correct in pointing out that I never said never with respect to my faith in God's existence.

Now...let me say for the record: I firmly believe with all of my heart that God is real, lives, exists, etc. There is no doubt in my mind or heart that God is everything that the Bible reveals that He is.

and this my friends is why Jesus camp should never be allowed to continue. it produces brainwashed children like this poor bastard.

Perhaps you are the one who is brain washed. Ever think of that?

^maybe, but that doesnt mean jia isnt more brainwashed. jesus camp exists for the major reason of brainwashing, and that will always remain a fact.

and yet you were being logically and contextually wrong as your semantics did not represent a consistant or logically coeherent view. if you are perfectly convinced of the existance of god but can not through proper argumentation, convince others of the logical reasons of your beleif than it is futile to debate with you. also, simply because you are perfectly convinced of the existance of god NOW, doesnt mean you alwasy will, theres no telling what will happen in the future.

I don't recall ever trying to convince others of the logical reasons for my belief. Besides, it is not logical to believe in Someone that I cannot see, to trust Him, and to live my life entire life in accordance with what I believe to be His Word.

How many times do I have to say that I am not engaged in a debate? Why do you view conversation as a debate? Do you see all of life like this as well?

^but you were debating a while ago. thats the problem, and no i dont see all LIFE like this. im perfectly content, not debating and hanging around people, unless they start acting in a significantly negetive manner due to illogical beleifs{or try to initiate a debate with me} at which time i start debating.

Why do you feel that I am brainwashed but that you (using my own words not yours) are somehow un-indoctrinated? Do you honestly believe that you have lived your life from birth until now without being inculcated with information that has shaped the way that you view life and the way that you think?

What about ones who are negative because of "rational" beliefs?

^i have not seen a person act badly due to RATIONAL beleif. often time, they may PERCIEVE it to be rational, but i have not noticed it to be. suffice to say, if it happens, i will ponder over it. 🙂

there is a difference in powers of magnitude, on how much he has been indoctrinated{and continues to accept that indoctrinated against evidence} and how much you have been indoctrinated. also, influence isnt the same as indoctrination, indoctrination is one of many subsets of influence.

" ponder over it, i will" his sentences were usually seperated into two phrases with them coming together opposite to the way a normal sentenc would, but it wasnt the whole sentence in reverse, me thinks 😄

There's a difference between indoctrination and brainwashing.

To indoctrinate is to teach, but to brainwash is to completely replace someone's current knowledge (on something) with something drastically different from what was replaced.

similar reasons to why i hate pakistani society{but on the hypocrisy scales, the indian media gets the medal}, conceited, narrow minded, extremely patriarchal, prejudiced to the point of waging war and openly killing other relegions{mostly different from the generally practices version of hinduism}, unaccepting of different cultures, extremely corrupt government and hence extremely poor people, a government bent on near world domination ideals and brainwashing citizens to follow those ideals,

Killing other religions? It's a secular democracy, and India has always been a place of many religions. And how do they get away with that in a country with over 150 Muslims?

Unaccepting of different cultures? India is a place of different cultures.

India and world domination???...... 😆 😆

You use the word indoctrination but chickenlover98 used the word brainwashed, I believe that you use the correct term to describe my experience. I have not been brainwashed about anything, I just believe what I believe because of a choice that I have made. Although, I believe that everyone is a product of their upbringing to some extent, but I do not recall being forced to believe anything when I was a child or to give up any beliefs or attitudes in exchange for different ideas (which is the definition of brainwash according to Merrriam-Webster). I made my decision to believe the Bible as a teen.

brain·wash·ing
