Correct. The ultimate reward in Hinduism is to become part of Brahman and thus end the cycle of reincarnation that is caused by karma. In fact in Bhagavad Gita Krishna goes so far as to refer to karma as chains (which by my reading implies you can't get "good karma" merely cast off old karma). There are various suggestions about exactly what it is ranging from a state of bliss to a sort of universal soul made up of all the beings ever to attain it.
