Can you handle the Truth?

Sure it does. The whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one i.e. the devil. This is why the world is so messed up. I assure you that God's will is being done in Heaven and one day it will be done on earth as well.

Not much of a god if he can't get things done.

You would think that a perfect all knowing god would not have his creation go bad, unless he did it on purpose.

I guess God could never be right. If God created angels and people without free wills then He would be at fault for making automatons. So God creates people and angels with the power to choose their own way. Each person does what is right in his own eyes and what is the direct result: sin, death, and everything in between. But you know Who gets the blame when we make choices that hurt other people? God. We make decisions that adversely affect one another (many times we do this deliberately through selfishness), but God gets the flack. We are selfish, but God is not. We are greedy and driven by fleshly desires. But God is not. We lie, steal, cheat, and fornicate. But God does neither. We have done nothing but sin from day one. We wake up sinning and go to bed doing the same. But God does not. The world is a terrible place because of our sins. But God gets no credit for originally making this planet sin-free. We blame, we point fingers, and we falsely accuse the very Person Who gave us a free will. Then we make selfish choices that cause others pain and suffering. We don't take responsibility for our actions, instead we turn around and blame God. God is not responsible for our foolish choices. We made our bed of sin and selfishness and we should lie in it.

actually, if you look over longer periods of time, the world is so much less messed up now than it was 200 years ago, let alone 500 years ago.

Actually the world is more messed up now than it has ever been. Sin is more accesible now than it has ever been in times past.

God created us knowing that the Devil would be tempting up and didn't create or make his words easy enough for the common man to understand without years of training. He didn't even make it a level playing field and tipped it to the side of the devil.

How so? There has always been crime, prostitution and sin why is today any different? A man could go down the street 2000 years ago and get a hooker, now he can see a naked woman on the internet. Has he committed a sin by seeing people having sex? Where is that a sin in the Bible that viewing people having sex is a sin?

Not much of anything you say is hard to follow. As I was saying, the politely smug crap that falls out of most christian's mouths.

When have you posted one? You post other peoples views and stories in videos, others words in the scriptures of the Bible and others words in links to sites but not yours.

I would imagine the links he posts reflect his views.

Likely, they are neither wise nor intelligent though.

More likely his ideas are a reflection of the views on the links.

I think we would rather hear it in his own words then someone else's, posting links to support your views is one thing but he does it to the extreme. In reality we really know nothing about JIA, how can you truly form an opinion and take the words if you know nothing about the person and where they come from? Nothing personal like his home address but things like how old is he, what country does he live in, what does he do for a living? I have seen personal information about almost every poster in this thread which helps to understand that person, JIA is a nameless person that just post and posts and no insight into him.

I think this works against him because it is easy to hate someone when you know nothing about them, like the guy in the car that cuts you off on the freeway. You can swear and give him the bird but if this was you co-worker or friend you normally wouldn't because you know them.

You've never paid anyone else the courtesy of an insightful response, why do you think you deserve one? You claim god is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't; that he would have been guilty of creating mindless automatons. However, that's exactly what you asipre to for the rest of the world. It's a sick neediness and obedience you display; not the possession of some all mighty free will. (Seperate from the fact that this is just some character you play for your own amusment, because no one else finds it entertaining) You copy and paste all your posts and you plaster every fanatical bit of video drivel you come across. You've turned the religion forum into your own personal e-toilet and you think no one has figured you out?

Is that insightful enough for you?

You know he thrives on persecution, don't you? The more you hate him, the more right he is in his own mind.

lol

"so, how do you know you are right?"

"people hate me when I tell them the truth"

"And you think that the Lord of the Universe would create people or his words to be such that, when people hear the words, they hate the speaker? Would not a universal God create a work so powerful that upon hearing it one would be incapable of denying its truth and beauty? Isn't that the exact opposite of what really happens?"
