notice in that timeline that all the administration/security did to warn people of a gunman loose on campus was send out an email.

They do but to an astronomically smaller extent. No one is saying it will eliminate the problem, but it will help.

Meaning if you didn't have life taking implements all over your country and intergrated into your society, you wouldnt have the problems. Again examples would be countries in Europe where guns are illegal.

What happens in those countries when a psycho with an AK walks into a crowded room? Do they hit him with sticks or just say "Please stop your killing spree sir."?

They have weapons that can stop someone without killing them. And they don't have axe weilding nuts it seems. Again the lack of Guns might have a claming effect on a society.

But honestly, I've been watching this CNN report live coverage for hours now. I feel horrible for some of these students, and the family. I can't help think though, what if that was me?

People with Guns kill people. Neil, I hope it never is you or anyone else. No one should have to go through that.

Today was holocaust memorial day,i think the guy was one of a large growing number of Oriental Jews who was an extremist and so attacked the German class(the main class attacked am i right)

It actually makes alot of sense in ways. It was a German class he hit hardest.

This terrible event has nothing to do with jewish people or the holocaust. We don;t need that brought into this.
