You can prevent spiders swarming onto the walls and buggering up the pick-up point... there are several hundred coming your way.

Oh boy...

Klez will shoot and shoot and shoot, gunning down the closest of the insanely large spiders as they advance on his position. Each time he runs out of ammo, he quickly snaps a fresh clip in and resumes his rate of fire.

Well, the Osprey carrying the Combat Path is in the distance... I'd say it will be here in five turns!

Ok, let's sort this out.

We have five turns before Heph makes it up there. In his first turn, he is fighting five spiders.

Berserker is slowing the fkow of psiders to where Heph is. Hie is also facing five spiders.

Melkor is currently facing no spiders, anc can frie to reduce the flow of spiders onto Berserker.

So, Sirin and Klez, just need one or both of you to choose to block the path of spiders coming onto the roof, and one or none of you to stand back and reduce the number of spiders coming onto the one doing the blocking.

Sirin will block the spiders coming onto the roof. Klez can either cover me or join me, that's up to him.

Let's see how that goes...

Five turns to do three things:

1. Survive

2. Heph needs to get out

3. Must not be so many spiders on the ealls that a pick-up is impossible.

Heph starts off with a series of fast punches to a spider's face, then whips his hand around to smash through another spider.

(tap HT, swap HT for SE)

Klez fires at two the spiders approaching Sirin, gunning them down before they have a chance to attack her.

Sirin runs underneath a spider and punches hard into its thorax, then rolls to the side as it collapses and launches a powerful punch into the side of another.

(tap HT, swap EE for VG)

Melkor will shoot at spiders closing to sloping door, swapping SS for EE.

Shouldn`t I have more powers active, by the way?

Berserker will strike one of the spiders hard in the face or whatever looks like their face.

I dunno, Melkor, should you? Whilst we are on the subject, though- Naturals can refresh one power.

Heph go smash! Good rolls, two kills, but another two spiders quickly fill the gap! 13 still around... and you being saurrounded you are promptly being bitten to death.

Berserker hits at a spider to no great effect. They bite at him for more of one. May want to twiddle your loadout, Berserker?

Melkor blasts away with a well-chsoen swap to Eagle Eye, downing a spider and preventing an extra spider from assailing Berserker next turn. Still looking harsh!

Sirin cocks up one attack roll but kills the spider with her HT tap. Klez then blasts for a double kill that means four spiders dead at that segment- not at all bad. Four more fill the gap quickly but this is certainly keeping more from flowing onto the walls.

That part going ok, but Heph may need more results on his side.

And swap out BS for SE

Berserker will draw out his knives and slash at one of the spiders.

Melkor will refresh CC, continuing to shoot at the nearby spiders.

"Berserker, help Heph!"

Berserker hears Melkor and turns to help Heph out by stabbing at a Spider near him.
