Actually whatever laws govern multiple personalities would probably be more appropriate. srug

Llagrok in all seriousness...how in the world did you come up with that analogy when you read my post?

Really...how?

Better yet,how does it apply directly to what I posted?

there are no laws that govern multiple personalities. most recent psychological studies show that MPD is a complete myth... 99% of the time it's just advanced schizophrenia.

Hulk #110 states that Hulk only killed an innocent when he was Bannerless Hulk.

the only thing is banner didn't choose to take that gamma bomb,he did it to save rick, in his own twisted way hulk is the most innocent of all he's a victim of circumstance and he's been one all his life he never really had a chance

just like peter parker didn't ask for the spider bite, batman didn't ask for his parents to be killed, iron man didn't ask for the shrapnel in his chest or the terrorists threatening to kill him, and so on down the line. they all made choices following the "circumstance" which victimized them. so did banner, so did the hulk.

Spider-man, Batman, and Iron Man didn't have the US Government declare them threats to national security and send armies after them to kill them.

actually, that, or similar storylines have happened for all of them.

and Spiderman, Batman, and Iron Man aren't enormous threats to the lives of the entire world. they save people, not randomly destroy buildings.

None of them had an abusive childhood?

Spidey was beaten up in school regularly and Batman didn't have a childhood at all.

Highschool kids beating you up isn't really the same as a parent doing it to you.
No childhood isn't abusive. It is really sad, but it's not abusive.

Really depends what kind of beating those Highschool kids are giving you, children have commited suicide rather than face bullies anymore.

Abuse, is abuse at the end of the day.

Peter is a bad example (being a nerd and being the victim of domestic abuse is completely different)

Another character that had parental problems was suprisingly enough, Captain America. Apparently, Cap's father was a drunk who was known to smack Steve around as a boy.

So, basically the Hulk's just emo 😛

Tony Stark's father was on the abusive side too...which actually explains a lot!
