I'd presume I'm the only one who thinks that an Emma Frost able to sift through 8 billion minds at once and capable of blocking a recently powered up Xavier and Stepford Cuckoos containing a part of the Phoenix Force, combined, should have been able to subdue the Hulk with their powers. ermmnone

anyway, magneto [when alive and fully powered] controlled the entire length of the electromagnetic spectrum to some degree. gamma radiation, as you may or may not know, is within the electromagnetic spectrum. so someone emitting gamma radiation [despite it being theorized that hulk actually absorbs the radiation from other sources as opposed to releasing the radiation himself] would be as easily manipulated by magneto as someone putting out any other form of electromagnetic radiation.
