unarmed? whats with you little otf puppies, thinking a debate is like some frikin cock fight. this isnt a debate. this is you being an ass and making shit up and everyone else laughing at you. a debate is an exchange of ideas. all you know how to do is preach from your little soapbox and act as some quasi-moral authority....and avoid the fact that you were wrong here. rather than address that you're trying to take the focus off it and rather focus on me hurting your feelings. how weak

Still more insults? Do you have nothing else to offer?

thats cute how you ignore devil king, because you know he's right and that you're lying about your "knowledge"

Simply because you refuse to recognize it doesn't in any way invalidate it.

Neither is your acceptance of it a validation.

..oh, and you can stop pretending you don't know I'm gay.

And you still make comments without proving anything. Seriously I think the OTF is much more your speed.

How would I know that? And yes they have a culture, if they had their own language they could actually be recognized by the UN as a culture, it's the only criteria they are missing.

Starhawk... I gave you your chance to shine, please shine.

Well then enlighten us please; amaze us with your intellect and dazzle us with your wit... What is this "gay culture" you speak of? Also, if sexuality is a "culture" onto itself, what is "heterosexual culture", what is "bisexual culture", what is "bestiality culture" etc.

We await your retort.

I've already answered that.

You're right! You've figured it out!

Alright girls, it's time to tear up your membership cards! Let's make a fruity alcohol drink, put on a dress and go disco in the streets.

You did? Please show me were, I must have missed it.

so, not making as extreme of an argument as Starhawk is, but depending on what qualifies as a "culture", gays certainly have many of the qualities.

I'll let you guys continue your bash fest, but I think this may be an extremely polarized issue. 😛

Can you name some culture "qualities" that gays have?

Okay... What was that supposed to be about?

Starhawk... Enlighten and dazzle us please. You threw down the gaunlet, don't run away and hide when someone picks it up.

I never did anything of the sort, read back I already answered your question. I think we had this same problem over the capital punishment thread.

I'll pick it up, but only if it's an Express Gauntlet or a Gucci....because I look FABULOUUUUUUS! in those designs!

Dodge again? Either explain what "gay culture" is OR simply repost (copy/paste) this explanation that I supposedly missed. It's easy.

Repeat:

haha, please understand, I'd never argue that gay culture is even the dominant one a person would portray. People in western culture are going to have many more salient cultural influences that will determine the vast majority of their behavious and "qualities"

it also depends on what you consider cultural. Without getting to deep into that, the best single example is probably the emotional "coming out" experience. Not to say all gay people have this moment, but it is certainly something that they understand and have certain reverence for. I think it fits as a "cultural ritual", however, this whole topic depends on your definition of culture, so if thats where we disagree, whatever 😉

And I already explained it, read back.

You silly dodger... We both know it isn't there, I've checked... BUT, if it is, please copy and paste it now, IT'S REALLY THAT EASY, show me for the fool.

I'm afraid you're making a point and then denying it yourself. You state stereotypes as valid examples of gay culture and they you say they aren't applicable to everyone. That doesn't make much sense to me.
