Yeah, but easily avoidable with peak human speed, the big dude who guarded the time portal was the only guy who ever really beat Jack down.

As for "iit's a cartoon!", well, no, not really. It was a comic first, infact the action figures comes with mini comics. 10000 has at least 10 characters and the action figures all come with comics featuring him, of course.
