So you can't have a telepath, since it's nuetering to keep them from doing mind-shutdowns?

Anything dealing w/ matter manipulation should be way over cap.. IM could'nt do that..

Hey whats the rule on chars that involuntary absorb Kinetic energy like say speedball and used him as a body? Wonder if we can use that as body abilities..

Here's another example: (Yes, I know Doom is banned, but that's not the point.)

It's nuetering to have Doom in a tourney, since he can't do mind-swaps.

Those are only barred in the tourney.

The cap is basicly:
Could IronMan beat the person in a straight up fight?

If no, Then accept, Else ban

matter manip of this sort doesn't need to be examined because it's not allowed anyway. thing is, typically someone capable of turning tony into a frog has OTHER abilities that would ALSO be over the caps. but if this isn't the case here, then fine with me.
