It was a rear naked choke, none of you comic book nerds know how insanely impossible it is to get out of that move. If someone secures it in a mixed martial arts fights then its over. Use some logic.Oh wait it was the Black Panther putting it on the Surfer...nvm...
It wasn't a rear naked choke, it was more like a standing kimura.
Also; rear naked chokes are only 'impossible' to get out of if you're on the ground with hooks locked in. Standing, there are a variety of options.

It's funny how everyone is calling foul, that this shouldn't have happened.Batman's been doing this for years, the shit Batman's pulled far outclasses this in the BS department.

Yeah, because kicking Spectre or beating Grundy h2h are lesser feats... 🙄
You know a feat doesn't have to involve Superman in order for it to be a good or decent one...
Kicking Spectre is a non-feat. He wasn't fighting Batman, nor does Spectre care about physical damage, as he isn't a physical entity, nor what he represents. Tons of characters of all ranges have done what looked like a lot of physical damage to Spectre... however, physical damage doesn't harm, nor can it defeat, nor kill Spectre.
