I think Iron Fist could realistically do it with his powers. Doesn't his amped up punch have the same force as a punch from the hulk? I could see him redirecting all that chi energy somehow to lock up surfers arm.

Completely implausible, actually. Even an amped Iron Fist is only Spidey-level in speed, at best.
The Surfer is billions of times faster, and he lacks nerves/muscles/bones to 'lock' with Chi.

I could understand it alot more, some sort of "Iron Lock". But of course he'd have to get his ass handed to him after Surfer was eventually freed.
It rocks that T'Challa's getting all this spotlight, but I feel they only gave Hudlin the job because he was black 😬. 'Cause they sure as hell didn't think about him as an option for writing Moon Knight did they?
I wish they put that Kevin Grevioux on the title, 'cause he actually looks like he knows comic books, it would also continue that run of actual good black writers on the book (Preist being the previous one)

of COURSE there would have been the same uproar if DD or Cap pulled this. but the uproar would have been the extent; there wouldn't have been droves on the hudlin board claiming that people are just upset because a negro touched a white man (who, incidentally, is silver, and not a man at all).
