Cause i dont really think IM has anycounter against those kind of abilities, at least w/ Vision he cant phase through say aything of energy field/shield..

That's not the version I was going to use. 😉 2nd, Vision kicked IM's ass 3 times, and Goober let him in. Ray Palmer is legal and you have nothing to counter him other than your own difficulty in trying to beat him. 😛

I can think of a few way Vision can be beaten by IM..

I'm surprised no one picked Warbird. I have other more powerful picks I'm surprised no one picked that I'd rather not tell people about, but she was on my short list in case some one took one of my guys.

So the Confirmation period will be ending today (DG said this weekend, right?) ... so what happens to the guys who need new picks?

The confirmation thread shouldn't be closed until everything gets worked out.

Never said the thread was closing ... just that everyone was told that this weekend would be the last chance people had to make any changes to their characters.

I'd rather extend the confirmation time then let people get away with cheating.

Aquaman = Ban.
Atom = Ban.
Zero = Ban.

Those are the picks IMO that should be definetly banned.

They wouldn't get away with anything, they'd either play with 2 charcters or have a very limited time to make a legal 3rd draft.

3 things:

1. I fully support KK as a pick

2. Death's Head never beat a Thanos clone....someone mentioned that that came up. I'd love to hear the issue number if I'm wrong (I highly doubt it), but the enemies he's beaten that are > any caps, he's needed some sort of plot device (see also: his multiple fights with Charnel, Termageira, Hulk (which was only a BFR...not a win), etc.).

3. I managed to find and read Dark Guard, the one major arc that was still eluding me. I didn't find anything like Mungi's description of DHII healing from a gigantic hole in himself. Again, maybe I missed it or maybe there's more issues than I realized....but if not, it solidifies him as a solid-but-not-illegal pick. And his best healing feat remains impressive, but not beyond anything a few different picks in the tourney could manage.

Dane's current weapon is powerless actually. The EbonyBlade was stolen and BP has it now.
