Armor: The armor Dane currently wears has been described as mystical. It is said to be supernaturally durable for its light weight, but specific information on how durable the armor is scarce.
Strider: Strider is the latest in the Black Knight's list of winged steeds. Strider is a mystical creature like Valinor rather than a genetically engineered one like Aragorn, but he is unique in that he possesses mystical powers of his own. Most notably, Strider is capable of far greater airspeeds than either of Dane's previous mounts; he is easily capable of breaking the sound barrier. Dane can verbally summon Strider to appear at his side or return to Avalon as he pleased. While mounted on Strider, Dane is magically protected from any harsh environments such as the depths of the ocean. While riding Strider, Dane is magically able to breathe regardless of his environment.
Shield of Night: The Shield of Night is a mystical kite shield; it not only protects him from most attacks but also absorbs the energy of the forces directed against it. He can then release that stored energy in the form of power blasts from his blade, the Sword of Light. Dane has used it to block and absorb the energy of everything from Nitro's explosive blasts to fire to punches.
Sword of Light: The Sword of Light is a mystical sword capable of projecting the energy absorbed by the Shield of Night in blasts of the same kind of energy. It is also, supernaturally durable and can cut through almost any substance.
He used to have a photon sword, but he stopped using it awhile ago.
i knew all about the shield and sword (it was cool when he was given them in heroes for hire) i just wanted to make sure this WAS the weaponry he was taking in this event.
i thought so, but just wanted to be sure. the ebony blade would also be an option i suppose and it's pretty bad-ass as well . . .
Hey everyone. I was just going to tell you guys that I HAVE gotten your PM's and I know all the stuff that's being brought up. I'll be responding soon, but for right now I'm just trying to kick back and blow off some steam so it'll be a little while. This "tourney hosting" business can be a MASSIVE headache, so I'm just taking a small break for right now. But I plan on covering everything before tomorrow, so please be patient.

Zero wasn't shown killing or nulling DP's powers, all he did was blast at him. Would he blast at him like that if all he needed to do was snap his fingers? And the clincher is HE WASN'T ABLE TO KILL DP!
You're not making sense, you're using low blows so you'll have a better chance at the tourney. I mean, if Zero DID happen to have some power we don't know of, do you really think it'd fly just because he got through in the tourney?
I mean, if I got into a match and said "Well, I got a scan here that shows Zero killing everyone on Earth with a snap of his fingers. So I win", do you REALLY think I'd be allowed to use that in an argument? No.
All I'm using Zero for is cutting off tech, computer speed thought and energy absorption. No more, no less.
