Forum jokes and Dino stuff are inherently different. The dino stuff is generally more....high-minded? Forum jokes revolve around sexual innuendo, masturbation smilies, and clever pics with the words "PHAIL" or "PWNED" written on it. Good times, but not usually acceptable fodder for my signature-space.

See, here's the problem. Zero is basically a poor man's Nimrod, but he doesn't hunt mutants or have a database on how to eliminate all metahumans, he just neutralizes weapons/threats in his vacinity. He's like a walking security system + teleporter. His abilities aren't really above Ironman's output, their really specific in application.
As a judge I'd have to approve...
It's an ingenius pick.
It's not really a loophole. He doesn't disable all tech, just threats (weaponry/enemies), and any capable technopath could take him down. It's not like Zero can't be hacked, damaged, or defeated by tech that's invulnerable/more advanced than his abilities.
Besides, I believe some of his abilities are dependent on which part of the amalgam he is.
