i don't know him very well and so can't gauge his abilities. if i had some issue numbers to check out i could see for myself. as bw said -- if he's never been hacked (not to say he can't be) it is hard to make a case in a match and say he COULD be hacked. and if he has never 'failed' to disable tech, then it's hard to claim in a match that he could NOT disable certain pieces of tech for whatever reason.
i still think he's sort of loophole-ish, but whatever. in the end, ingenuity shall prevail! 😄

As a judge, I think Zero should be banned IMO.
It's Goob's decision though, but if it comes down to a vote I think Zero should be gone.

Which Zero isn't from what I've seen but it doesn't change the fact that he is a big loophole character in my book.
Sorry I was away for so long, it got cloudy outside so I lost my Internet connection. Anyway....
1. I'm going to extend the confirmation period until some more of this stuff is sorted out. Hopefully we can get things underway within the next couple of days, so please just be patient until we can come to some kind of consensus about these things.
2. Black Knight- Will have his Wiki listed equipment, unless has a good reason why he shouldn't. The only thing I really question is his horse, but I'll probably be willing to allow it as a construct unless someone shows that it's Iron Man level itself.
3. Atom- First of all, this is the "classic" Ray Palmer version that uses a belt to shrink, not the one with the innate shrinking ability. Now with that being said, can he actually shrink to the size of an Atom? If not, how small CAN he get? At his smallest size can he still be affected by the world at large(no pun intended), or is he pretty much immune to attack from his opponents?
4. Zero- Does anyone have an instance of Zero actually shutting off someone's abilities that doesn't involve tech? Because if it's JUST tech, I don't really feel right banning him for that. Now to all of you who are freaking out because your amalgam is heavily dependant on tech, let me remind you that just about every Iron Man type hero has run into a situation like that, so if you do some digging I'm pretty sure you'll find your character DOES have a counter for it since Zero's power sounds similar to an EM field. Now if it turns out that Zero IS capable of nullifying powers and he's used that way during the tourney, he'll be banned just the same as anyone else inappropriate who slips by me.
I know I'm forgetting some stuff, so just point out anything that I've missed and I'll address it.

There are no individual power caps that I know of for this tourney. If you have Class100 strength and human durability IM would still pwn you.

3. Deathstroke beat him with a laser pointer. He can shrink to atom level, but he can still be affected by the world around him, if the person can find him.
4. Scoob's scans earlier show that it was about to declare DP a threat, shut down his powers, then kill him. It said "Biologial weapon of war."

So we are allowing totally uncounterable attacks (just like I doubt zero has ever been countered?)
I thought that was one of the reasons Matter manip was banned?
I mean if Zero were facing Thanos who had tech, would he at the very least take out all his tech? If the answer is yes how can he be allowed? 😐
