Viking landed on July 20, 1976, satellite photos have been taken repetitively for the last 3+ decades. Mars has been studied intensely by the scientific community. I'm not trying to be critical at all, it just is as ideologically motivated as Gore's. I guess that's not surprising, I've just personally got biases against documentaries even though I love them so much.

I completely agree, I wouldn't call either one of them definite or true, the problem for me is however that it has created doubts about global warming in my mind. So I don't think we should risk millions of lives before we are sure. That's all I am saying. Once we are sure we should however do everything we can, until that moment the risk is just to great.
