I read this issue he manipulated the sun twice.. Just cant remember the method he used..
Surfer hasn't done anything to tell me he can handle Stellar Energies better than Nova.

There's No mention of it going Nova,
so we have no idea under what circumstances that Sun was going to explode.
It could have been a device that was going to cause it to blow, and Surfer destroying the device stabalized the Sun.
I don't know, which is why I want the issue #s.

The Fleets were combined races survivors of his time as herald to Galactus and where specifily there for the Surfers annihilation, nothing to do w/ the sun or the Karidian race..

the speedforce aura protects the flash from heat and friction while running. so he would be able to run through the sun, imp and viabrate through supes, and come back in like .0001 seconds.
flash would be able to. so would darkseid, silver surfer, anti-monitor, and may others.

Actually in this issue it looks like Surfer upgraded himself after merging w/ Blackbody (Soul harvester) and coming out a new/reborn, this why he was able to siphon energy directly from the Unilord entity..

Now we all know Surfer can absorb energies from a sun and the above scans shows his able to absorb energies that could lay waste to a Universe.. Unilords energy>>>>>>>>>>Suns energies, so taking that into account + his recent upgrade, it should be within his ability to fully absorb a sun..
