I should also just admit that I kept on insulting him, when he also failed to show prove for that and accept anything he says as true from now on... That would probably be the best thing, after all he is Canadian.

They handle all the data on Hate Crime. Which is the statistics you looked at.
They may handle info on arrests. But I would think that the US department of justice would have the stats on convictions.

They handle all crimes, and the arrest rate would always be higher then the conviction rate. Can't be the other way around, so really I don't see what you are trying to argue for here, except for your statistics being even further from the truth perhaps...
