I'm not entirely sure why he feels the need to seperate the two characters. Heck, you'd think the healing factor would give him MORE of a reason.

But yeah I bounce all over this board. Had alot of fun discussing Omnipotence the last few days with people. But I think that thread might have run its course whan Bardock and I came to an agreement.. and after ageeing to disagree once before.

It means, even in his first appearance, he was a mutant with a healing factor, a slightly enhanced physique, an adamantium skeleton, and WAS MORE than capable of cutting the Hulk.
Because, as others have said, you can't change the past in real life. YOU CAN change the past in a comic.

Uhh, that doesn't mean he can't take Spidey. It just means his strength/speed/et cetera aren't Spidey level. His durability and damage potential more than make up for the difference. I beseech you, don't misinterpret what I say. Lest this turn into a Wolverine vs. Spidey thread....and we DEFINITELY don't need another of those.
