Tough to say, but Harvey is definitely a top contender in the "toughest Superman" category.

Prime is supposed to be a whole different ballgame though.

Great to see "Powergirl" back too as she's supposed to be pretty powerful (as the name implies) herself.

I hear theres a limit to how much power you can have with a GL ring? So it might not be that helpful.
