It turns out that the Ultra-Humanite wasn't destroyed. Instead, Harvey apparently imprisoned it after their battle..

That said, Harvey has now reawakened Ultra-Hmanite and placed a 'psychic governor' on the creature, which seemingly enables him to control it:

kinda like why send the Silver Surfer, if Galactus could do the job himself...

makes him an even more hardcore villain...but, also opens an avenue for his eventual defeat... 🙄
