Some very interesting conclusions you came to. Tell me, if Jesus did somehow manage to come back from the dead, why is there no concrete evidence to support this. Why is Jesus the only person that can do this? In all recored human history not one single person has been proved to have come back from the dead. It's false, it did not happen.Judgement day? Not going to happen the way you believe it will. Yes one day the EARTH, will be destroyed, but by then I'm sure we'd have moved planet.
I agree with you on what you said about the bible.
Saying that "God" had some part in Evolution is a joke, why should anything have a part in it? Why should God get credit for it? Why does it need something to have had a hand in it?
I think it's good that you won't stop asking questions about your faith, as if you are open minded and continue you ask those questions you'll get the answers that show you just how wrong Christianity is.
You're right - there is no concrete evidence for it all. That's why my religion is based on faith. That's why I don't try to find scientific backing for it all, much like JIA does, because the faith is enough for me.
I'm not suggesting a literal judgment day. I, of all people, have no idea of how it will go. I just believe that Jesus will be loving and merciful, however it takes place.
I believe that God started evolution because God is all powerful. That's why I don't think it's a joke. He should get credit for it because he made everything - and he may indeed have set evolution into motion. I'm not saying that's so, I'm just saying it's possible.
I think that it's almost as bad to be so gung-ho prosleytizing as it is to be so Anti-Christian, though. Anything that closes the mind to the possibility that one is wrong it borders on the JIA, in my opinion.
So please do not put my religion down - I have never said it was wrong to be athiest.
