Well they don't. And Storm neither. Storm naturally doesn't control magical lightning and Supes can easily counter a twister wind strike so what does she have? Ice rain??
Magneto's and Rogue's reflexes aren't good enough to even use their powers against Supes. Before Mags could even think about hurting Supes their comes the heat vision,freeze breath and speed punch combo as for Rogue she touches him and what, Kal would still have enough life force and power to punch right through her face. I know she is tough but still a class 50 who had some impressive feats. And also she used all her power, flied up to the air and then speedblitzed into Binary, who one punch owned her.
Maybe Xavier can do some damage if he can see Supes thought before Superman is arrived to the sence. Wolverine would surely loose. Havok, Cycke, Warpath, X23, Hellion, Iceman, Colossus not a chance. Iceman could have a small shot but no actual. Nightcrawler could be teleporting around Supes but his reflexes are so high that he could catch him.

concerning what you said about what supes does to mags, that all get's block by the sheild he's taken worse not saying that mags stomps supes but supes won't win that way

I believe Iceman could beat Supes. I already proposed a method as to how.
I believe Magneto could too. Magneto's reaction speeds aren't light speed, but they aren't exactly normal either, the man can assemble advanced tech in seconds only using his mind and powers, and he can sense all things along the EM spectrum. He'd "feel" Supes coming.
Besides, Dr. Light fairs pretty well.
