AS of NOW, Partial Birth Abortions need medical health reasons to be performed. For the past few years, a Partial Birth Abortion was perfectly legal in many states without the justification of health issues.
In my mind, the woman comes first, she is fully concious and developed. If her life is at risk, then she has every right to protect herself, and if the Abortion is necessary, then it's necessary.
