That's like saying Captain Marvel has never taken a punch from Superman, which isn't true.

More than likely, it deals with the new Captain Marvel, rather than Billy when he was CM.

However, even though Achillies is now the one who gives him invulnerability.... a change like that doesn't reflect on what Marvel did before becoming Shazam. That doesn't dictate a full out "retcon." A change in power, and a retcon are two totally different things in a comic. Hell, he as Shazam more than likely made it so that Achillies' "gift" was changed.

One punch from Superman could replicate most of them feats. Superman has escaped a blackhole so no problem there, also note I didnt see black hole mentioned in any of them scans and thing was still about and standing around the so called black holes.

You gotta think, though, Superman is friggin' durable, but he can be beaten to death with physical force. Do you think Doomsday's punches were more powerful than ( what was it...a million atomic bombs or something?) something that powerful that doesn't simply physically harm, but destroys the atomic structure of whatever it hits?

C'mon, he'd be vaporized like anyone else under herald...hahaha

Besides, it's Atlas who gives Marvel the invulnerability. 😐

Achillies gives him courage.

And you realize that Superman was much less powerful at the time when DOS came out, right? Ever since his resurrection, he's been getting more and more powerful.

When has this happened with the speed feat and superman is far away from being a herald. He can do close to the things that a herald can do. He is a powerful earth bound being though but aint close to being anything cosmic.

Surfer has superman powers plus interest. The weakest herald has superman powers plus interest.

Just because he may beat a few herald doesn't make him as powerful. Hell, he's no where near as powerful.

If you lock hardly any herald in a cell with Jug he'd end up beating them all, but he's still no herald level.

What's on panel? Juggernaut was stopped and/or pushed back. He needed to regain his forward momentum. He was straining in the process to regain it, i.e. he had not successfully regained it.

No. it doesn't retcon anything. And here's why. 😛 Day of Vengeance ended the 9th age of magic. The 10th age is now beginning. And ever since then, the rules of magic have changed. They actually go way out of their way to point that out in Trial of Shazam. Milke scanned the first 7 issues for us. 😄
