Doc Ock's voice was pretty annoying but he was pretty sinister.

The fight between Spidey and Venom was very good.
It was 100000000000 times better than the fight in Spiderman 3
Overall was the episode much better than the movie

People really need to stop picking on Raimi. His original idea was to skip 4 and let some other director do Venom, knowing he couldn't do it well, but Marvel insisted on having Venom in the third film.
