Thor Discussion

Thor was pretty decent.

There are a couple of issues I have though. How were these Doombots any stronger than the others? These actually look weaker than the standard Doombot. I'm glad we're done with Kelda and Hick, though their story was worthwhile I'm much more interested in Thor, Loki and Balder.

Damnnnn, I never knew until now that J. Michael Straczynski wrote the screen play for Changeling....

J. Michael Straczynski and directed by Clint Eastwood....good stuff.

I only recall them being untraceable to its source, but apparently team Thor didn't recognize their facial features look semi-doom looking 😛

Seige is appealing currently compare to uprising of Hercules space God fight.... again?

Personally I can't wait until Doom vs. Thor. Doom probably has something awesome in reserve that will make it a great battle.

Those of us who were stupid enough to accidentally look at the solicits, know what kind of secret Weapon doom has. The Destroyer armour.

I disagree. Hercules battling the gods of Olympus and the return of Mikaboshi are definitely a plus.

Am I the only one who felt oddly sympathetic for William?

I have no idea why, but his death had a strange impact on me. I'd say it's a testament to JMS.

👆

Word, I actually enjoyed the side story with Kelda and Bill. It added to overal depth and majesty of the storytelling on JMS' part.

Yes, I have liked the title under JMS. But maybe now it will pick up speed with a new writer, as JMS is writing everywhere and has deadline problems.

I'll agree with you.

Spoiler:
True, but it felt kind of like a waste the way Kelda was taken out. Billy's death was handled extremely well, but Kelda's was just, meh. Although, I was slightly amused that it looked like she was being strangled by Dr. Claw.

I know Doom has done some bad things - and sometimes varies between villain and anti hero who works with others - but he's crossed the line this time, killing an Asgardian and making this power play.

Yeah, Doom is looking to re-affirm his status as Marvel's biggest villian, especially with this Doomwar arc coming up.

The destroyer's arm/hands that grabbed Kelda and ripped out her heart

Doom's been rocking the Doombots HARD recently, keeping himself above frays, and really extending himself.... in a bunch of different books....

.....

Spoiler:
Maybe Doom himself is in the Destroyer...?
