The thing with Thanos is, his goals are mostly(but not all of them) achieved through a power up. Dc DOESN'T have power ups, such as the ones, Thanos used. I'm very positive, that Seid could find the Infinity Gauntlet. Hell, he did it in Jla/Avengers, and some say that story, is canon.

That's not the point, I was trying to make. While Seid has an entire planet, at his disposal, he also has a TON of people, in his business. The reason Thanos can get away with so much, is because he can BASICALLY attack others, while they're not anticipating it. It shows Thanos is a good strategist, but you have to look at the scenarios. While Apokolips on the other hand, HAS various organizations. on their tale.
