Hitler was a nasty little man. The only time(s) his religion (or perhaps lack thereof) comes up in debate is when one side is using it as a reference point to one-up some opposing ideology. Most fail to realize that a single man, who was horrible by nearly anyone's standards regardless of religion or creed, is not an accurate source for commenting on belief systems. And that we honestly don't know, so it's all speculation.So. Moral of the story: stop the chatter about it, or at least take it somewhere where its pertinent. Otherwise, warnings will be issued.

Mostly I've found Superman Beyond annoying but I have to say I really loved the play between germ (disease) and germ (the point where things grow from).
Yeah ... no where near as good as everyone hyped it to be. I really couldn't give a shit about this Mandrakk character. I'm God gone wrong, therefore I'm must eat the Omniverse .... Boring. Why not flesh out the meaning and existence of the New Gods. I heard Morison making some reference to ancient Gods being the personification of meta ethical ideals, like greed, lust, love etc. Sort of like Platos' Land of the forms meets the trinity. I thought he was going to make the higher plane of the "Gods" be some kind of meta physical explanation of existence, where conceptual and the physical merge. Instead, we've got some higher dimensional symbiotic parasites, and then some more HIGHER dimensional parasites. This is not Morison at his best !!!!

Hakakaka!
That's why you wait a day.
I quite literally enjoyed every part of this issue. Every damn panel and I convincingly say that this 'event' or 'mini-series' is the best one I've ever read. Superman, the Flashes, the Green Lanterns were all awesome. A fitting, rewarding ending.
And I'll mention it just for the sake of doing it. Superman reacting to the Flashes moving at superluminal speed and even recognizing Barry while moving at those speeds. Memorizing every 'nut, bolt and circuity' of the Miracle Machine after being exposed to it just a few seconds. Using the light in his cells to activate the Miracle Machine. And the top-of-the pyramid, using a counter-vibration to finish Darkseid. How awesome is that ?
