I kinda agree with this and disagree..
I think while there's a percentage chance/probability that IF can take Logan out of a fight with one good hit, there's a certainty that Logan takes Rand down with one in turn.
The difference is that an argument can be made for Logan tanking IF's best shot and his ability to keep coming, NO ONE can start making an argument that Rand's going to tank Logan's claws to his face.
The point I think Starscream is essentially getting that.
Though I do feel this battle could swing either way the way that Marvel's pushed IF the last couple of years.

But my top 2 in h2h fight as usual is Shang-chi and than Iron fist. No doubt, Steve rogers and Logan cld beat them cos of their enhanced abilities. Anyway check out Shang-chi's respect thread on kmc, he has beaten Logan too.
