You're the one who disputed Davos being one of Marvels top martial artists.
Well, Shang Chai and Danny Rand are both top five in the MU, and Davos was favorably compared to the former, and fought on an even level with the latter multiple times. Beating Spider Man doesn't hurt, either, as the list of mid tier characters that can pwn him can be counted on one hand..
So when Danny finally beat him with pressure point and precision attacks, it was a feat for him. A major feat, against a highly skilled opponent.

The whole point of that story was that it was supposed to be payback. Rememender wanted Daken to suffer, you don't do that in a couple of panels. Regardless of wether it's Way or not Punisher has been able to stun Wolverine in human form without Way writing the story.
Oh yea Iron fist fought Punisher briefly before. Punisher attempted to shoot him and he missed. Wolverine tried to dodge Punisher's gunfire and he got hit.

Davos would lose with out a doubt against Spiderman in a forum match. Davos aint pwning Spiderman in a forum match.
