Thats not the only part we get to see, look up and we can see his back, and hes in pretty good shape it seems. About Himon, I don't think its him, he was shown pretty much with someone else while the God Killer was also shown, Himon said about the event all he saw as a blinding burst of light, or course it still could be him and he's lying but the way he's acting, I don't think its him.
