Prove hes strong and prove hes more durable.Although hes obviously faster. And no hes not killing him.Thanos can't be "killed".Not really.
He could only do that if it was HP DD.And this isn't. Wow...I'm not sure whether or not to appluad the fail or facepalm it.
Thanos looked pretty dead with his heart being ripped out...
Seriously, what is H/P Doomsday's greatest claim to fame here? Having to be BFRed by a hero who couldn't take him on straight up? Savage Hulk did that way back in Hulk #300. Hell, Superman and Orion resorted to that against the General in JLA #39. And that maneuver was used again by a Guardian against SuperEmo Prime in Sinestro Corps War. H/P Doomsday was a shallow derivative of the Hulk, and not even a good one. This is but one of several reasons why he is overrated.

And this is EXACTLY why I think doomsday is overated. I said these same words about a year ago.
Thanos stomps doomsday without too much trouble at all if you ask me.

Doomsday couldn't be beaten by conventional means. He wasn't removed from the battlefield so much as completely removed from existence....

Do you see Savage Hulk wrecking Imperiex Probes like if they're papier mache the way DD did?
I hope you're not trying to equate Savage Hulk with Superboy Prime...
^ I'm pointing out that the hapless/helpless hero(es) not being able to gain an inch on an insurmountable foe is not unique to H/P Doomsday. It's been done before (and since) Jurgens brought out that tired deus ex machina.
This is but one of the several reasons I don't see H/P Doomsday as being the be-all, end-all of bricks.
Feats are a wholly separate animal but nothing I haven't considered before. IIRC, Superman was keeping up pretty well with H/P Doomsday by the time inverse ninja law took effect in Our Worlds at War.

The fact that DD was able to accomplish with pure brute force what Superman needed finesse and speed to accomplish is a testament to where DD was physically compared to most high end bricks.
Instead of calling foul and saying "inverse ninja ratio" isn't it possible that the writer intended for Superman and DD to be portrayed as above their "peers"?
^ I think that the writers intended to show how tremendously hard it was for Superman, individually, to take on an Imperiex probe early on... and reinforced that when an Imperiex Probe wrecked the JLA...
... and that got all thrown out the window by the time Black Lightning, outfitted Hippolyta, Superman and H/P Doomsday started pwning them left and right.
I've seen that happen too often in comics to let it pass without raising an eyebrow. And my eyebrow be raised... at least with respect to that particular feat.
