The point of that shot was to show Wolverine hitting him with his claws sheathed. Had the claws been out it wouold have been a skewered spider. Kinda funny how wolverine had the claws out when he said "here it comes" and then the next scenes with Spiderman wailing on Wolverine the claws were away.If it was supposed to be a declaration of attack then why would he sheath his claws?
