Because the things I speak of defend the concept that all men are equals at base. What you then do with this base, is also up to the individual, but should not be cast onto the category of society that individual fall into.
To put gay people under negative light, to speak of gay people as if it's a bad thing is to say that they are less worth than others. The same apply to religion, philosophies and politics among other things.

Its a choice that gay people make. Despite what the world and every one else tries to make you believe, it is a choice. It is not natural for one gender to want to be married or be sexually attracted to the same gender. The animal kingdom does not do it, they do what is natural. Man in his wickedness has chosen to have un-natural affection. So therefore it being a choice, they have to understand certain things go with that choice. Disease, rejection, being made fun of are just a few. Its their choice.
It is not a choice, to be homosexual or not. It is your choice not to want to be it and with strong enough mentality you will pull through and not be physically attracted to males, but that's as far as choice goes.
If I had the power of choice, I would not pick my sexuality. I would reject it and happily go on being hetero- or homosexual, because it is so much easier.
The truth in the matter is that the animal kingdom is not restricted by genders and if females could impregnate females, then they would. That doesn't stop females from sexually engaging each-other, or males for that matter.

Wow, you really are being closed minded, you know? It's my right as a living creature to dislike gay people because of their actions and personality.
Just as you might be offended at the actions of a thief or a pedophile even though those actions weren't directed at you, I am offended at the actions of a sodomite.
Personally, I think that they are selfish people denying the natural order of things for their own pleasure. Also, they appearantly are haters of the human race's expansion, because homosexuality brings no increase to the cause of the human race.
If 30% of the world were strictly gay, what would happen to world's population 100 years from now?
I am close minded? Good grief.
Because of their actions and personality? Probably half of the homosexuals out there doesn't act or behave according to their sexuality. They don't hit on their own gender, because they are either afraid or know that it won't do them any good. If you didn't know me and met me, spent time with me, you would have no way of telling I'm not heterosexual. None of my friends know of my sexuality and I can keep it that way for however long I desire. Homosexuality isn't defined by me, simply because I like women.
Sodomy apply to heterosexuals as well, not only homosexuals and others. Anal, oral, masturbation can all be defined as sodomy. Homosexuality is in fact not as unnatural as oral or anal, and is for a matter of fact not even unnatural in accordance to the nature of the animal kingdom.
If 30% of the human population were gay, 100 years from now, we'd still have a higher population than we do today. Let's also not forget that homosexuals indeed get children, through one mean or another.

I just put the vid there for the a sake of humor and you guys ended up turning it into some big debate. way to take things out of context.
This could have started and ended with me simply claiming I found no humor in the video. People drove it on and I reply. It is not taken out of context, it only expanded.

that doesnt make it entirely different at all then... because in the end all youre doing is talking about a concept. how is that different then defending the concept that all people arent equal? its two sides of the same coin...
To put gay people under negative light, to speak of gay people as if it's a bad thing is to say that they are less worth than others.
why?
edit im enjoying this conversation by the way. i hope you dont interpret my posts as hostile.

This is the most reassuring thing I have ever seen you say. It puts forth the idea that you will choose not to breed.

Well, that explains your reprobate mindset...
Also, homosexuals cannot obtain children without gaining from heterosexual means.
I have to stand on the Christian viewpoint.
Screampaste is correct about the Christain troublemakers. The Extremists take one point and capitalize on it without looking at the 'big picture', if you will.
And the others twist the meaning of the Bible's principles to fit their own lifestyle and use it on others to defend their objectives, but they reject it when they are under fire.
These and the hypocritical, money-driven preachers make everyone look bad.

This is said by the man who called me narrow-minded.
Do you think homosexuals abhor heterosexual activities? Generally not the case, although like with the already brought up Christianity extremist matter (Which I did not overlook) there are homosexuals that refrain from activities that lead to child birth, because it would involve interaction of one type or the other with the opposite gender.
You file people as homosexual and non-homosexual not differently from how you file people as Christian and non-Christian.
You speak and agree that there are Christian extremist and that they make everyone else look less reasonable, yet you can not see the fact that there are homosexual "extremists" that has made you look at homosexuality the way many look at Christianity.

Old, but I still find this funny.

Blah, blah, blah. Stop spouting your twisted idealism and quit being a Debbie Downer. I'm sure you will come around one day, but for now, quit getting your panties in a wad over others beliefs. Practice what you preach, eh?
