Just get Firefox and download the AdBlock Plus add-on. All ads disappear, especially those annoying "congratulations, you've just won..." voice ads that are so annoying.

I need to know something. How on Earth can you contact Valve about the situation involving their servers? L4D2 has a history with serious lag issues and Valve announced awhile back that they have "better" servers. My connection to the internet is not the problem here for when I play my other games online, they work perfectly fine and there aren't that many scratches on my disc and sometimes on the screen, there will be a pop up saying there's a problem connecting with the server.

So I'm not the only one it seems. I've only managed to play like several games out of a hundred that weren't a complete lag-fest. What a waste of money.
