Nah, just Halo fanboys and people who think Chief is a compelling game character. Noble Six suffers the same issue as Chief, actually, but the rest of Noble Team was a bit better and Reach had a decent enough story.
Plus the new action figures have really nice articulation and detail. They're great for 6-inch figures.

On to video game matters, I would like to spend some money on a Playstation 2, cause the games on it seem epic, and it is one of the consoles I missed out on, on account of being a kid and my parents having a manic laughter attack when I suggested one might have two consoles of one generation. Regardless, I wondered whether the "Playstation 2 Slimline" is worth a buy or if I should try to get an original one somewhere...not sure if they sell them new around here but I can get one used I'm sure. Was going to say, a quick wiki search reveals that the Slim isn't really an "improvement" per say; it doesn't fix any hardware issues with the older models, for example, it's just smaller, and has an ethernet slot but no hard drive bay.
So yeah you should get a second opinion from someone not black.
Shame on you for not ever having a PS2 though.

Well I had an XBox.
Bit of a waste of money hardly played it ever. And I won't let you shame me for not conforming to apparently everyone else on the planet................until now.
