The second was about the only thing she ever did for them fight wise pre Shippuden, and the third one was a legitimate effort. I don't think of it as bad, but apparently you do so I will point out; She Failed Hard in this. Rock Lee bought her the time she needed, and she still got battered.

By the same token I could argue Hinata was assessing the damage to Naruto Tobi may have inflicted, not being a medical ninja like Sakura Or having her experience with Naruto in battle. The difference being Hinata didn't get herself caught, nor was she unable to respond when spoken to.

Because she could do more than observe at the time? Indeed, but she didn't rush over to give Sasuke advice and she didn't tell Naruto to go **** himself when he asked for it. Does not diminish it in the slightest. And no. Hinata does not get points for trying even while she fails and Sakura doesn't. Rock Lee showed up? Sakura was trying before he showed up. Excuse Sakura for knowing she'd get in Lee's way. 🙂

The damage Naruto would have been inflicted with would have been a bruise at best. CS is a little more deserving of attention because it really is serious business and is something that Sakura had shown a great deal of concern for in the past.

She has supported both Naruto and Sasuke, helped both Naruto and Sasuke, and told both Naruto and Sasuke off when they're in the wrong. Does she tell Naruto off more? Well yeah, he's annoying her. That's the typical response. Now did she start off biased against Naruto? Yep. But, she grew to respect Naruto and acknowledge him. Hinderence? Without her, team Dosu would have killed Sasuke and Naruto. Did she have help? Yep. Does that take away from the significance of her protecting up for them? Nope. And she is not really a b*tch if we're going to use the definition of the word and showings. :3
