I believe in TOAA.

Bible God is too weak to be my God.

Too weak in power or in psyche?

Both, he's not really Omni- anything.

And I've seen better feats than taking seven days to create a world :I

From whom?

Beyonder, Phoenix, Mad Jim and probably most high-leveled reality warpers.

Anyone at the level of planetary creation that doesn't take a week to do would blow the Bible one out of the water. Yup.

So....anyone take up beliving in the "Presence"?

I'm commited to the Force personally.

All bow to Man of Miracles, The Supreme One

He created existence.

And, to be fair to God, he had to use his own imagination to come up with the concepts of existence. So, seven days doesn't really detract from anything.

An omniscient being wouldn't need to take 7 days imo.

He would when he is literally the only thing that "exists" in any sense of the word.

Well to be unfair to God, he is supposed to be all knowing 'n such. All of that should have been in his head instantly, or before that.

What good is being omniscient if nothing has existed before you, including concepts like space and time?

Doesn't it mean that he knows everything that has or will ever happen?

You also have to take into consideration that a day as we know it is the amount of time it takes for the Earth to rotate completely. It's a known scientific fact that planets with different rotational speeds have longer or shorter days. Planets that don't rotate at all don't have days.

So taking that into consideration, who knows how long a "day" was while the Earth was being made. A single day could be 24 hours, it could also be half a mil-second.

It would

If time actually existed, which it didn't until he decided to create it.

There are three things I have learned this week.

1. Avengers is by far the best movie of 2012.

2. Avengers is by far the best movie of 2012.

3. Anyone who recommended to keep old, emo Raiden in Mortal Kombat instead of replacing him with the more interesting Conquest version should get kicked in the quad.

Yeah but he would know exactly of what he was to create, seeing as he can see what it becomes.

Bibles talking by our standards iirc, so seven days would be seven days.. and with him resting in-between them.

Fark, Avengers..
