Alright, so, on the whole, Assassin's Creed 3 seems to be more of a letdown than I had imagined. Mostly the ending. But the piss poor ending got me thinking, there's a lack of the really cool extra shit that I loved from AC2 and Brotherhood, mostly the glyphs and junk that provide us with a lot of information on how the Templars affected the history of the Assassin's Creed world.
And that's not even counting the incredibly unpolished single player. ๐ It's like they spent all their time working on the damn multi-player.
I had a very confusing dream. Apparently our president of the united states worked for the Daleks and as soon as that was discovered and they came out of hiding, Obama is chained up and displayed by our extraterrestrial overlords. In order to save the Earth, I absorbed the time vortex and destroyed the Dalek fleet but my powers were out of control and so I destroyed all life in the process which revealed our universe is my shoe. What does it mean? ๐

The president represents the father. His employment by the Daleks is symbolic of your feeling of being low on the list of his loyalties, perhaps even feeling distrustful or betrayed.
The Daleks themselves represent something grander than yourself, if perhaps only in import to your father. Things he puts ahead of you, or that others do in general. Work, the bills, disappearing in his free time to drown his sorrows in beer or whiskey.
The way they chain Obama up could show that perhaps you acknowledge the distance created in life, perhaps by necessity, troubles him. Maybe you know he wishes the two of you could see eye to eye more easily, or at least suspect it subconsciously.
Lastly, your intervention and empowerment shows two things.
You feel that the divide between your father and yourself can be crossed, but also potentially at great cost. Destroying all life when things got out of control shows that you're afraid of destroying what relationship you still have.
Spoiler:
perhaps coming out to him about your closet homosexuality could go so far as to tear apart your entire family?
Our universe being your shoe shows significantly that you carry these issues with you everywhere you go, and try to keep them far from your head.
That or everything I said is pop-psyche garbage and I'm bored.
