Dude, 4 separate battles, the fact that he was DYING and Ryu Sagat Guile and Ken are all very good and fiercely capable fighters despite what Sado says.
Kyo and Iori are now considered overly formidable now because? their best feat is attributed to plot device PIS and CIS, Kyo's biggest feat was one-shotting Krizalid, and Iori hasn't really done anything noteworthy since helping to defeat Goenitz. Against a guy who-
A: is viciously fast
B: Teleports
C: Is insanely strong
D: Remarkably skilled
E: Posesses vast and numerous powers
Discounting Orochi (Since it's Plot stupidity anyways), Neither Kyo or Iori have faced anything like Bison before, IMO Goenitz isn't really comparable, since their powers are very different.

by the way, Kyo did defeat Rugal in KoF94. that is why he blew up the Blacknoah to begin with...since he couldn't take the shame of being beaten. Saishu was on that ship at the time right before Kyo and his team fought Rugal. all this is in-game. KoF94.

as K' existance? K' existed long before the cloning process. in fact he isn't even a clone. he is loosely called clone because he has kyo's flame gene. as mentioned before for some reason japanese media believes that techniques pass on in blood (mishima's, howards, yagami's, kusanagi's, kaphwan's, bernstein's etc.).
kyo and iori are regular people. they don't have naturally high levels of stamina or endurance or power over normal people. everything they are is because of trianing. that fact is proven time and time again:
