Well.... that sure makes sense. Satan is all like:
"Bwahhh! I want power and glory! Thus my capital will be a horrible prison where I am miserable and trapped!"
And God is all like:
"Yeah, that rocks, tell you what, since you are making yourself an unpleasant place to live I'll send all the people who don't live up to my standards down there to suffer with you."
And Satan, because he hates God and wants to rock the boat anyway he can says:
"That sounds like a great plan! I'm in, send you much loved children here whenever they start dying."
Actually it doesn't make as much sense now that I think about it, but then again neither does God creating it really (unless we factor in things like duality, which works, but goes against the Christian flavor.)
